Fabulous Flower …

Good morning bloggers, what are you up to today?

I’m hoping to practise my colouring this morning and planning a couple of hours crafty therapy in my attic!

I’ve just about mastered the alcohol markers so time for a change and I’m enjoying having a go with distress inks. No doubt as soon as I get going with these something new will come along…

Some of the girls on our design team are a bit of a whizz with the inks, you saw Debbie's card yesterday and our Becky also uses them, she made this gorgeous card using our Fabulous Flower stamp…

Fabulous Flower - Becky

This is one of our latest stamps and features the cute Jack, Patch and Puss characters (this is Patch and Jack!)

There are more in the range if you like these little cuties and you can find them in the Animals section on our website

We also have some of the Jack, Patch and Puss images pre-coloured in our fabulous Art Pads which are great for a quick card

Enjoy the rest of your weekend, and make sure you stop by tomorrow for some news!!

  9. Well, I *was* in the process of colouring up a couple of my new James stamps, but the unthinkable happened and my ivory Promarker ran out half-way through! So going to put it aside until I can get my paws on a replacement, and in the meantime I may play about using up scraps instead... I seem to have far too many of them!
Gorgeous cards from Becky, lovely colours and such a great design.
Good luck with the inks! x

  24. Beautiful card from Becky, gorgeous colouring.. I was getting to grips with inks before Christmas, but seem to have forgot what to do now lol!!... Also busy practising again, I love how you can achieve lots of colour, or just a smidgen, they are my favourite colouring medium at the moment!..
Enjoy your time in the attic Anne..
    Hugs,
    Marjorie xx

  25. Another beauty Anne. I like to use Prisma pencils and they take some practising too, I think Elise uses them. I'm fairly sure that most peeps who are using Distress Inks are actually using the re-inkers and not the pads. The ink in the re-inkers is a liquid and is much stronger and with more depth to it than the ink pads.
