Something Different …

Good morning all, looks like it’s going to be a lovely day here and the forecast for the weekend is good too  …hooray!
If you fancy a trip out tomorrow don’t forget that it’s our Summer open day 10-4. You can get directions to our shop on the website and there will be lots going on as well as the first chance to get hold of our brand new Pretty Vintage stamps which don’t go on sale online until June 12th

Thanks for playing along with our Thursday Theme day yesterday, judging by the comments you all certainly love using a bit of Kraft card on your projects
I’ll announce the prize winner later today or tomorrow from the names that were entered

I have something new to show you today, we have these fabulous little folders available in the shop now which are perfect for storing all your stamps
Just punch the wallet that your stamps come in and away you go…

folder front
 folder back

I decorated mine with images cut out from the Jack, Patch, Puss Art Pad and I also used my favourite Country Lady papers

folder inside

We sell the little wallets separately so you can use them for all your other stamps too…  and they would also make a perfect storage solution for your dies and toppers

They are just £3.50 each or we have an offer at the moment 3 for £10

They’re not on the website but if you did want some we would be happy to post them out to you (a postage charge will apply to these, please ring for details)

I’ll put the full list of supplies on my own blog later today for anyone that would like to know what I used

See ya, have a lovely day

Theme Thursday …and sneaky peeks

Good morning crafters!
It’s Theme Thursday, we’ll have a little prize draw again just for a bit of fun and today’s theme is…

~~Kraft Card~~

A lot of our Design Team like to use Kraft on their cards and it looks really great with the new sentiments and quotes we have coming out

I’ll kick off my card choices with a couple of sneaky peeks from the new Pretty Vintage stamps…

This first one is from our Statement stamps, 3 sets of  large distressed sentiments designed to be the main feature of your card

This second stamp is one of our new ‘Quotables’
There are 5 different sets of quotes and they will cover all occasions

Here are a few more ideas for using Kraft card on your projects …

Jack and Patch Big Hug

Hope you like them, sorry to mention the ‘C’ word so early in the year but they’re such lovely cards that I couldn’t resist!!

Leave your name in the linky if you want to play along and I’ll draw a winner tomorrow

Background Bits …

Good morning bloggers, I hope you all had a lovely weekend

I have another sneak peek for you today of the latest stamps, it’s a great mix of backgrounds, sentiments and tags which we have called PRETTY VINTAGE. As you can tell from the name most of them are quite vintage in style but with a Lili of the Valley take on them so not too grungy!

This is one of the new Background Bits

These are clear A5 sets and there are 4 on a sheet, they are smaller versions of the fab Vintage Backgrounds which have 2 on a sheet

This lovely design is on a set called Old Romance

PTW 9 - Sketch 79

The tags are brilliant, these are going to be so useful and there are 3 sets of them…  Madame, Monsieur and Le Jardin

These 2 are from the Le Jardin set

Hope you like it, I’ll put all the details on my own blog later today so pop over and say hello if you get chance

I’ll be back in the morning with our final card from Jane who’s been our guest designer for May and I also have news about our next event at the Lili of the Valley shop which is this coming Saturday June 1st

Have a good day
