You'll probably all be familiar with the lovely Jacqui (Cat's Whiskers blog) who makes lots of gorgeous cards for us. She often uses a punch to create a lovely shaped mat for her stamped images (like the little fairy above). We asked her where it was from and she says she thinks it's a Martha Stewart one but doesn't know if you can still get it anywhere.
So I set to work and have come up with a couple of templates (one for a square mat and one for a rectangular mat) which will give you a very similar effect. I've designed each one in sizes from 4cm up to 15cm so no matter what you need them for you should be able to find an exact fit. They are PDF documents so you'll need Adobe Reader to access them but I'm assuming you've all got that anyway. They're free to download from our LOTV website - or just click on the links below:
